Special arrangements for US citizens
There are two different visas available
- Youth from USA Visa
- Work and Holiday Visa
Work and Holiday visa, Visa 462, for up to one year Internship Visa - for those who are well qualified in agriculture and wish to bring wife and children with them.

DO NOT BOOK YOUR AIR TICKETS UNTIL YOU HAVE RECEIVED YOUR VISA
If you want hospitality, child care, domestic or teaching work these are possible on the Work and Holiday Visa. For teachers, there are four terms of about 10 weeks each starting at the end of January. The long summer holidays are in December and January.
We can usually find work for friends to work together but cannot guarantee jobs immediately at the end of the training course. Wishing to work together can limit your job options as can not having a drivers licence or being a vegetarian.
